• Every cooperation starts with an official agreement outlining the terms, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties. This is your legal protection at every stage.
• The vehicle is insured during transport. In the event of unforeseen situations (damage, loss, delay), you’re covered by official compensation mechanisms.
• After accepting the vehicle at our U.S. warehouse, we record its condition with photos and video — including VIN and container placement. All documents and materials are sent to the client.
• Delivery times are agreed in advance, and we stick to them. You receive status updates at every step and can always contact your personal manager.
